职责描述

1. Demand Forecasting:
- Generate baseline statistical forecasts using historical data and market trends.
- Incorporate inputs from Sales/Marketing (promotions, launches, seasonality) to refine forecasts.
- Maintain forecast models in tools like SAP, APO, or Kin axis.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor forecast accuracy (MA PE, bias) and inventory Kips (stock turns, fill rates).
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and root-cause analysis for deviations.

3. Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to validate demand assumptions.
- Support S&OP meetings with data-driven insights.

4. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting methods and reduce excess inventory.

理想的求职者

Education:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or related field.
Experience: 2 - 4 years in demand planning, inventory management, or analytic ( FM CG/retail preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel (LOCKUP, pivot tables) and demand planning tools
- Familiarity with EARP systems (SAP/APO) and Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytically mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly
