Job Description

-align with company future China business development plan to execute relevant HR plan, including in daily employee life cycle operation, montly payrolling for perp and retailer employees, future recruitment for key talents, performance review and key talents assessment, talent development, ect;

-closely working with regional HR team and GC senior stakeholders for busienss progression;

-closely communicate with regional HR team and GC senior stakeholders and idetifity key challenges, providing solutions;

The Successful Applicant

-good oral and written English skill for communication;

-strong in overall HR function in small to middle size office;

-preferred 0-1 setting up experience, and preferred retail, FMCG industry;

-passionate, drive and fast respond personality;
