Job Description

1. Platform Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations on JD.com (including POP, self-operated, FCS models), including product listing, page optimization, campaign submissions, price and inventory maintenance, ensuring store compliance.
- Develop JD channel operation strategies to improve store exposure, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and achieve GMV targets.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with the MKT department to plan and execute JD in-platform marketing campaigns (e.g., 618, Double 11, flash sales, livestreaming), securing platform traffic support through resource coordination.
- Monitor campaign performance data, optimize results, and deliver post-campaign analysis reports.

3. Data-Driven Optimization
- Utilize JD tools (e.g., JD Business Intelligence, Data Compass) to analyze sales, traffic, and competitor data, proposing optimization plans (e.g., keyword adjustments, ad strategies).
- Generate regular operation reports covering sales analysis, user behavior, and ROI evaluation.

4. Promotion & Traffic Operations
- Manage JD advertising tools (e.g., JD Express, JingTiaoKe, JD Quick Push) to optimize CPC and conversion costs.
- Develop precision marketing strategies (e.g., audience targeting, DMP campaigns) based on platform rules and user profiles.

5. Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve post-sale issues on JD, maintaining store ratings and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure inventory turnover and logistics efficiency meet JD's performance standards.

6. Industry & Competitor Insights
- Track JD platform policy updates and industry trends, adjusting strategies promptly.
- Analyze competitor activities, identify unique selling points (USPs), and optimize product layouts/visual presentation.

The Successful Applicant

1. Education & Experience
- 5+ years of JD.com platform operation experience, with expertise in POP/self-operated models and platform rules.
- Prior experience in major campaigns (e.g., 618) or building stores from scratch is preferred.

2. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in JD Merchant Center, Business Intelligence, promotional tools, and ERP systems.
- Strong data analysis skills with tools like Excel/Power BI to derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with JD SEO rules and paid promotion logic.

3. Soft Skills
- Results-driven with a growth mindset, adaptable to fast-paced e-commerce environments.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills to work efficiently with design, procurement, and logistics teams.
