Identify revenue opportunities and risks, partnering with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive pipeline growth and retention. Co-create and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and revenue streams. Optimize processes, tools, and reporting systems to boost team efficiency. Cultivate C-level relationships within strategic accounts. Champ ion Account Management framework and manage Salesforce pipelines accurately.
