职责描述

  • Develop and implement quarterly/annual growth strategies for key accounts.
  • Le.ad renewal and upsell initiatives, collaborating with regional teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and own critical KPIs (GRR, NRR).
  • Identify revenue opportunities and risks, partnering with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive pipeline growth and retention.
  • Co-create and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and revenue streams.
  • Optimize processes, tools, and reporting systems to boost team efficiency.
  • Cultivate C-level relationships within strategic accounts.
  • Champ ion Account Management framework and manage Salesforce pipelines accurately.
  • Coach teams to excel, advocate for their needs, and thrive in a competitive environment.

理想的求职者

A successful Enterprise Sales Director should at least have

  • experience from MarTech or mobile SaaS sector with solid Large Account sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales team management experience (5-10 people)
  • experience managing at least 10M USD ARR
  • fluent English and Chinse communication
  • proven to*p performer
