Be a visionary lead er in the regional smart building business, prepare annual and 5-year long range plan, develop & execute business strategies for sustainable growth;
Leverage global & factory resources and collaborate with cross function teams in formulating business plan, envision exponential business growth based on technologies, data analytics, IoT, AI, machine learning and synergize with other business units;
Setup, build, cultivate, enhance right organization structure to cope with business needs and seize future opportunities, identify team's individual potential and explore talent for further development, through coaching, empowerment and guidance;
Full P&L accountability, oversee regional profitability and productivity, drive healthy financials, monitor cash flow and project management. Identify ways for works standardization, leverage supply chain resources and improve works efficiency & effectiveness;
Participate in executive council in driving global business growth, identify innovative technologies for product & solutions development, conduct & lead business review with all managerial & executive stakeholders;

Bachelor Degree Major: Building Services/ Mechanical/ Engineering
Master Degree Major: Engineering/ Business Administration
Accredited by recognized professional bodies in engineering, business development and project management expertise
A reputable & recognized lead er in delivering professional contributions in the industry and society
20+ years of relevant senior management experience in business development, P&L & project management and appreciation of global vertical matrix structure
Solid experience in the field of HVAC/smart building/energy saving/IOT
Experience in critical infrastructure system architecture in data center & healthcare applications will be preferred
An entrepreneur mindset in business setup & development, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, abilities to leverage global resources
An inspirational, insightful and ethnical lead er for growth, lead the team by example and passionate in driving the business & results
