Manage and optimise the procurement process for food ingredients and spices, ensuring the quality and cost efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance. Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives. Monitor and analyse supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the food and agribusiness sectors. Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain to reduce environmental impact and enhance corporate social responsibility. 理想的求职者 Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in procurement. Proven expertise in the food and agribusiness sectors, particularly in the procurement of food ingredients and spices. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage a diverse supplier base. Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimisation and continuous improvement. Fluent in both written and spoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
