Job Description Strategic Alignment & Execution Partner with senior leadership to decompose company-wide strategic goals into departmental/team-level objectives; design and implement HR frameworks to track progress and measure impact. Facilitate regular business reviews to assess alignment between HR programs (e.g., talent acquisition, L&D, performance management) and evolving business needs. Talent &Organizational Development Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the organization is equipped with the right capabilities to achieve short- and long-term goals. Drive succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential employee programs to build a sustainable talent pipeline. Performance & Accountability Management Collaborate with managers to establish OKR/KPIs, monitor performance trends, and address gaps through targeted interventions (e.g., coaching, upskilling). Implement data-driven tools to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and refine strategies based on insights. Change Management & Culture Advocacy Act as a trusted advisor during organizational transformations, ensuring smooth execution of structural or operational changes while maintaining employee engagement. Promote the company's core values and foster a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and accountability across teams. Employee Relations & Compliance Resolve complex employee relations issues with a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and global compliance standards. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry good practices to mitigate risks and enhance workplace policies. The Successful Applicant 10-15 years of progressive HRBP experience, preferably within multinational organizations or the cultural/creative industries. Proven track record in strategic HR planning, organizational design, and talent management within high-growth environments. Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with the agility to influence decision-making at all levels.
