About Our Client

Our client is a globally recognised group company in the manufacturing industry. We are seeking a seasoned HRBP for its plant be based in Liuzhou, Guangxi province. This role will be responsible for driving HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a lean production culture, and ensuring the development and retention of key talent within our factory operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership within the manufacturing sector, with a focus on operational excellence, employee engagement, and compliance.

Job Description

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Partner with senior management team to develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's manufacturing goals and objectives.
    • Drive organizational effectiveness by implementing initiatives that enhance productivity, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
    • Lead workforce planning and talent management strategies to ensure the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction, retention, and high performance.
    • Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
    • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and morale across factory operations.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development:
    • Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain key talent for manufacturing roles, including skilled labor, technical positions, and management roles.
    • Design and implement training and development programs to build capabilities and support career growth for employees at all levels.
    • Lead succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of future management team.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement and manage performance management systems to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, goal setting, and employee development.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and company objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to wages, benefits, and working conditions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
    • Mitigate HR-related risks by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and industry good practices.
    • Lead investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • HR Operations &Analytics:
    • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, and record-keeping, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Leverage HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving workforce performance and organizational effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience & Background:
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a HRBP role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
    • Experience working in a global organization with a diverse workforce.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in the manufacturing sector.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
    • Fluency in both verbal and oral English
