Job Description

  • Strategic Partnership
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and BU Heads on all People & Culture initiatives.
    • Drive organizational vitality by designing data-driven strategies to elevate employee engagement and workplace experience.
  • Culture Catalyst
    • Lead employer branding initiatives to amplify our U.S.-infused corporate identity across global talent markets.
    • Develop innovative internal communication frameworks to reinforce core values and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Employee Experience Architect
    • Implement workplace optimization programs balancing operational efficiency with human-centric design.
    • Curate high-impact cultural moments (e.g., leadership forums, heritage celebrations, innovation sprints).
  • Brand Stewardship
    • Partner with Marketing to translate corporate brand strategy into compelling employee narratives.
    • Design and execute signature employer branding events with 4A agency-level creativity and precision.

The Successful Applicant

  • Native-level English fluency with nuanced understanding of American cultural contexts
  • 5-10 years' progressive HR experience in matrixed organizations
  • Proven success in:
    • Building employer brands from strategy to execution
    • Support change initiatives in multicultural environments
    • Crafting C-suite communications for global audiences
    • Expertise in human-centered workplace design and engagement analytics
  • Differentiators:
    • Advanced degree from U.S. institution (MS in HR/Org Development preferred)
    • Portfolio demonstrating 4A-caliber corporate event production
    • Experience designing DE&I programs for ultra-high-net-worth client service teams
  • Cultural Fit: Outgoing, approachable, creative and presentable, A-type character would be preferred.
