职责描述

Execute sourcing activities for indirect categories, including vendor negotiations, and contract management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, HR, Finance) to align procurement with business needs.
Analyse spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Support supplier on boarding, performance tracking, and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and sustainable sourcing guidelines.
Assist in digitising procurement processes and maintaining accurate records

理想的求职者

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2+ years of indirect procurement or category management experience, preferably in FM CG or retail.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, LOCKUP); familiarity with SAP is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to deliver under tight time lines.
Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
