Job Description

1. Strategic Planning and Market Expansion​

  • Develop and implement comprehensive international sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, aiming to penetrate new international markets and expand our market share in existing regions.​



  • Conduct in - depth market research on global high - value medical consumables markets, analyzing market trends, regulatory requirements, competitive landscapes, and customer needs in different countries and regions. Use these insights to identify viable market opportunities and formulate targeted market entry plans.​​


2. Sales Management and Revenue Growth​

  • Set international sales targets and develop detailed sales plans to achieve them. Monitor and analyze sales performance regularly, providing timely reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.​



  • Manage the international sales pipeline effectively, tracking opportunities from lead generation to closure. Optimize sales processes, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics to maximize conversion rates and drive revenue growth.​​


3. Customer Relationship Management​

  • Build and maintain strong, long - term relationships with international customers, including distributors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions. Understand their business needs, challenges, and expectations, and provide tailored solutions and excellent customer service.​​​


4. Team Leadership and Development​

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high - performing international sales team, setting clear performance goals and providing regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.​

The Successful Applicant

1. Education​

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant professional certifications are preferred.​


2. Experience​

  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the medical device or high - value medical consumables industry. At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a managerial position an international sales team.​



  • Proven track record of successfully developing and expanding international markets, with a solid understanding of international sales channels, distribution models, and market entry strategies.​


3. Skills and Abilities​

  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse international sales team to achieve outstanding results.​



  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.​



  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of other international languages (such as Spanish, French, Arabic, etc.) is a plus.​​


4. Knowledge​

  • In - depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements related to the medical device industry.​
