Job Description

1. Responsible for operation excellence and work process improvement for better customer service.

2. Develop the tools for compliance and work with cross teams including compliance.

3. Coach the inspectors to provide better service to our clients.

4. Participate in client facing meetings to provide action plans for customer complaints.

5. Other necessary operational projects.

The Successful Applicant

1. More than 10 years of experience in operational management in quality service provider or similar position in trading companies.

2. Experience in dealing with quality control and customer complaints.

3. Good team management experience and good communication skill.

4. Fluent English and Chinese speaking.
