They provide a high-quality system integration and assembly solution to global clients. 职责描述 Set strategic goals for operational activities. Oversee and manage the entire operation, production, and quality management processes. Establish and optimize production and operational systems to enhance efficiency and quality. Supervise and provide constructive feedback to staff from various departments. Ensure timely communication and cooperation between departments to resolve production issues. Develop and maintain an effective supply chain and cost management system. Manage order fulfillment and coordinate material and resource allocation. Oversee customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Review financial information to adjust operational budgets and promote profitability. Formulate and implement policies to improve operations. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors. Gather, analyze, and interpret performance data and metrics to evaluate overall performance. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Enhance production site management to create a modern, safe production environment. Eliminate accidents and promote safe production practices. Build and maintain a strong team culture and motivate staff performance. 理想的求职者 Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in a role as production head. Must have in depth knowledge in assembly engineering process of eletromechanics systems. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Outstanding communication and people skills. Semiconductor experience is a plus. Strong understanding of diverse business functions and principles (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer service). Proficiency in data analysis and performance/operation metrics. Familiarity with MS Office and business software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
