* Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the plant's operations, ensuring that production meets the standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Plant Management: Lead end-to-end plant operation, manufacturing and supply chain activities, including R&D, production, quality, EHS, engineering, procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of products to meet market demands.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance, increase productivity, and reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
