Job Description Operational Leadership Manage daily operations across production, maintenance, quality, and safety teams. Ensure compliance with international quality standards (e.g., ISO, IATF 16949) and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local Chinese standards). Lead the factory's 2-year expansion project, including capacity planning, resource allocation, and process optimization. Efficiency & Lean Manufacturing Drive continuous improvement through lean production methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma). Analyze production KPIs, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety. Team Management Mentor and develop a multicultural team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Coordinate with HR to ensure workforce alignment with business goals. Stakeholder Collaboration Liaise with engineering, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations. Report progress to senior management and support strategic decision-making. The Successful Applicant Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Experience: At least 15 years working experience in automative industry, minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Plant Manager or equivalent leadership role. Familar with Actuators, Solenoid, Valves or similar products. Preferred candidates with mechnical engineer background. Demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement frameworks. Skills: Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/MES systems and data-driven decision-making tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities and crisis management skills.
