Job Description * Reporting to the Director of Product Management, Global Product Manager will be responsible for the revenue, profitability as well as product portfolio management, resource allocation, and roadmap definition within the Product Group global markets. * Re-balancing the assigned Product Group portfolio toward less customized for the specific OEM and focus on technologically differentiated and higher growth markets aligned with the Robertshaw strategy.* Understand macroeconomics, market trends, competition, and disruptor technologies which will impact the business growth.* Build out product roadmaps to align with customers' requirement, strategy, key markets, and create differentiation in the target applications. * Translate Product strategy and roadmaps into tactical plans and drive execution to achieve business objectives including revenue, profit and secured future pipeline. * Develop strong relationships with key accounts and align with other Robertshaw product groups to create cross-selling synergies.* Assist in the optimization of the manufacturing footprint for the assigned Product Portfolio. The Successful Applicant * Extensive experience combining several experiences in Product Management. * Experience in technical or business degree required with a preference for advanced degree (MS, MBA).* Proven commercial and leadership track record to drive global growth, including sales, marketing, and technical teams.* Lead global cross functional teams in a functional organization; demonstrated success in creating a global strategy and driving implementation.* Clear, strategic thinker with vision and the ability to execute on priorities.* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with multiple functions.
