This is a green field manufacturing plant which will have mass production in Q3 2024.The Production Manager for our new wet electronic chemicals factory will be responsible for overseeing and managing all production-related activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations. This individual will be instrumental in developing and implementing production strategies, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous improvement.

About Our Client

Our client is a famous player in wet chemical industry. They have solid R&D team in Europe and jump in China for many years. Recently they invest a manufacturing plant in Zhejiang. The capex is over 100 million USD.

Job Description



  1. Develop and execute comprehensive production plans to ensure timely delivery of products while adhering to quality and safety standards.


  2. Manage a team of production personnel, providing leadership, guidance, and training to ensure high performance and team morale.


  3. Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement measures to improve productivity and reduce waste.


  4. Liaise with other departments, including procurement, research and development, and quality control, to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.


  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards, promoting a culture of safety awareness within the factory.


  6. Collect and analyze the OEE tool for the production facility, implement correction plan in terms of KPIs/OEE improvement

The Successful Applicant

Chemical Engineering background with bachelor degree and above.

Excellent chemical and wet chemical process knowledge, deep knowledge of handling hazardous chemicals

10-years experience in foreign-invested manufacturing chemical company, better to understand the standard for cleaning room management

Fluent English and presentation skills, oversea working or training experience is preferred

Solid leadership experience to lead a team with 20ppls+

What's on Offer

The job holder will have oversea training in the first 6 months. And the further capex from the company will ensure the job holder to be promote internally in the near future.
