Committed to providing high-performance, high-reliability autonomous driving solutions for the global automotive industry through its independently developed core technologies, it drives the development of the intelligent mobility era. 职责描述 Quality Management System Establishment: Design and implement a comprehensive quality management system based on the company's strategy, international quality management system standards (such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.), and the special requirements of automotive-grade chips. The system should cover the entire lifecycle from product design, verification, production to after-sales service. Quality Standards Formulation: Establish detailed quality management processes, including but not limited to raw material inspection, process control, finished product inspection, and non-conforming product handling. Ensure each link has clear operating instructions and responsible persons, and continuously optimize the quality management system to adapt to the characteristics of the company's products and changes in market demand. Reliability Monitoring: Responsible for reliability requirements during the new product phase and reliability monitoring during the mass production phase. Team Leadership and Training: Build and manage an efficient quality team, provide professional training, and enhance the overall professional level of the team. Problem Analysis and Resolution: Lead the analysis and resolution of major quality issues, promote continuous improvement, and ensure the continuous enhancement of product quality. Supplier Quality Management: Establish a supplier assessment and management system to ensure stable and reliable supply chain quality. Monitor product production quality, align with shipment acceptance standards, and regularly review production indicators such as SPC (Statistical Process Control) and yield rates to ensure product quality stability. 理想的求职者 Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in microelectronics or related fields. Work Experience: Over 10 years of quality management experience, with at least 5 years in the automotive-grade chip industry. Experience in automotive digital chips (advanced process complex chips) is preferred. Supplier Quality Management and Optimization: Establish and maintain the AVL (Approved Vendor List), conduct strict quality management and audits for key suppliers such as FAB and OSAT. Handle abnormal materials to ensure the stability and high quality of the supply chain. Chip Professional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the entire process of chip design, manufacturing, and testing, familiar with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, AEC-Q100; experience in chip design R&D/testing is preferred. Tool Skills: Proficient in quality management tools such as JMP, Minitab for data analysis, and the application of EDA tools (such as Cadence, Synopsys) in chip design verification.
