职责描述

  • Lead and manage sales activities including Geely/Volvo/Polestar, JLR and SGM/SAIC, as well as new customer development.
  • Lead sales team to identify potential growth opportunities and strategies
  • Develops and manages customer to acquire new business and improve existing business with profitable margin
  • Lead negotiates in the customer commercial issues
  • Manage and fulfill commercial KPIs, includes but not limited to: yearly growth target, CMI target, margin improvement, AR, price increase, claims and various commercial issues
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers high-level and responsible for collecting customers' needs and solve problems to exceed customers' expectations
  • Lead sales group to complete yearly growth plan and financial budget build up
  • Articulates a clear understanding of market position, competition environment and profitability in above-mentioned key customers
  • Build strong relationships with global sales team, Asia segment and functional leaders to achieve overall objectives.

理想的求职者

  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Economics) or in Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years working experience at OEM, Tier 1 or Tier 2 Sales Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in team management
  • Reviewing cost and finance analysis model
  • Experience in handle various global OEM & COEM groups
  • Experience interacting with clients in all global regions
  • Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metrics
  • Familiar with automotive Electrical/Electronic business
  • Experience with tooling and capital
  • Have good relationship on OEMs' senior management
