Job Description

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed annual sales goals
Identify new business opportunities and markets within the automotive electrical sector
Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure competitive advantage
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Self-driven and persistent in developing the business by increasing market share as well as new application segments through constant pipeline build up with assigned prospects.
Manage the sales cycle of added value propositions (including professional services - training and consulting - and recurrent maintenance contracts) from lead to close.
Develop account plans and build high level business relationship with targeted customers.
Report regularly to the sales director for the status of the business and the progress made on action plans and initiatives.
Work closely with the different teams (Management, marketing, pre-sales, customer success) to build and execute the subsidiary strategy.
Accurately and timely maintenance in annual budget, monthly forecast, weekly report, salesforce as well any other reports

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

An undergraduate degree in Business, Electronics or an Automation relevant field
Proven experience in a 2B sales role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
A customer-centric approach and the ability to build strong client relationships
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
