Job Description Collaborate with procurement to regularly report on supplier performance and implement timely corrective actions. Maintain and update the critical supplier audit system and schedule. Conduct supplier audits to drive process standardization, waste elimination, and continuous improvement. Monitor, communicate, and improve key supply chain KPIs, including Supplier OTD (Past due) and DPPM. Establish specific short- and long-term supplier quality goals. Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers and customers to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances. Resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply. Develop long-term supplier relationships and generate and implement cost reduction ideas. Assist in the evaluation and qualification of new supplier materials following a defined new product development process. Lead supplier performance improvement projects to increase the supplier's capability of consistently meeting quality requirements. The Successful Applicant Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or 4 years of related experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office applications. Proven problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities. Understanding of project management (experience preferred). Knowledge of various quality system methodologies such as 8D, Lean, 5 Why's, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, DFMEA, PFEMA, etc. (preferred). Ability to interpret engineering drawings. Must work well with diverse groups of people and be able to function independently of direct supervision. Reading and writing skills in Chinese are also required.
