Job Description * Review consolidated group financial statements to ensure compliance with public company disclosure and regulatory requirements* Oversee and review financial reports of portfolio companies to ensure accuracy and completeness* Coordinate financial communications and alignment between the group, subsidiaries, and portfolio companies to enhance transparency and efficiency* Participate in the optimization of financial systems and processes and support the development of internal controls* Support audits related to annual, quarterly, and interim reports; liaise effectively with external auditors* Deliver high-quality financial analysis and management reporting to support executive decision-making* Assist in financial due diligence and major investment assessments The Successful Applicant * Bachelor's degree or above from a well-known university, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields* Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA are preferred* Experience in both Big Four accounting firms and listed company finance departments* Strong knowledge of HKFRS or IFRS* Excellent financial analysis, communication, coordination, and project management skills* Overseas education, work, or living experience is a plus* Fluent in English; capable of cross-regional communication and collaboration* Strong sense of responsibility, able to perform under pressure, and adapt to the complexity of a large corporate environment What's on Offer Direct involvement in group-level financial strategy with broad exposure and well-defined promotion prospects.
