Job Description

  • Lead the Marketing Department for the respective Opco.
  • Details marketing strategies employed, developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals
  • Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns; and ensures that the appropriate metrics and processes are in place to quantify the impact of marketing strategies.
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
  • Develop integrated audience and media strategies that act upon business needs to reach our target audience effectively & efficiently along consumer journey
  • Research about the updated marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavors competitively, and to identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Build the CRM infrastructure and integrate data platforms & systems to facilitate segmentation, personalization and effective Consumer Engagement
  • Develop and implement Digital Partnerships at all potential consumer touchpoints & database marketing to widen effective reach / engagement
  • Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives.
  • Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management
  • Work with new business development team and sales teams on brand initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG industries, and with at least 5 years team management experience.
  • Strong business acumen with commercial mindset, excellent ability to drive integration with other marketing functions / business teams to maximize impact.
  • Ability to explore new marketing methodologies strategically, knowledge in getting the right promotion campaign in various marketing platforms
  • Track record in digital marketing, including building and operating CRM / loyalty programs in FMCG industries, and experience in e-commerce / social-commerce marketing platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, T-mall, Little Red Book, etc.)
  • Experience in managing agency providers and other suppliers. Strong negotiation and management skills
  • self-starter, highly motivated with exceptional analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possess business acumen and work within cross functional teams, and ability to influence others
  • Project ownership, ability to manage conflict and multi-task, good interpersonal skills, an outgoing character
