Job Description

  • Develop and execute the CRM strategy to deepen consumer relationships and maximize lifetime value.
  • Lead end-to-end CRMand loyalty campaigns tailored to high-value audiences.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Digital teams to deliver seamless, personalized customer journeys.
  • Leverage customer data and segmentation to optimize targeting, messaging, and ROI.
  • Setup CDP and tools, ensuring in-class automation, analytics, and compliance.
  • Analyze performance metrics, test new approaches, and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to align CRM efforts with broader brand and commercial goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years in CRM, loyalty marketing, or digital consumer engagement, preferably in luxury spirits, premium beverages, or lifestyle brands.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (CDP), analytics tools, and segmentation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable customer experiences.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for premium brands and understanding of high-net-worth audiences.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
