职责描述

You will be responsible for ensuring the exploration, promotion and marketing of the Catalyst & Adsorbents to Refinery & Petrochemicals sectors.Day-to-day work mainly include:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lea d nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Use CRM and SAP system to manage sales and customer interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Report on sales results to senior management

the mo st important part is the relevant technical skills, better with some sales experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Sales and technical profile with at least 10 years of experience
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant technical experience of the process or engineering design
  • Working in refinery and petrochemicals sectors
  • Excellent communication skills and Networking ability
  • Proficiency in English



薪酬待遇

  • Competitive base salary in the range of 480,000 - 600,000 with yearly bonus.
