职责描述

  1. Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute a unified APAC growth strategy aligned with global objectives.
    • Identify untapped opportunities in SEA, Australia, and NZ to accelerate market penetration.
  2. Revenue Growth & P&L Ownership
    • Drive revenue exceeding 1.2 billion RMB+ in 2024 through channel expansion, product innovation, and key account partnerships.
    • Manage regional P&L with strict financial discipline, ensuring budget adherence and ROI maximization.
  3. Team Leadership
    • Build and mentor a high-performing team across sales, marketing, operations, and digital.
    • Foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and accountability.
  4. Market Insight & Innovation
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to refine strategies.
    • Spearhead product launches and localized marketing campaigns tailored to regional preferences.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Partner with global HQ to align regional operations with corporate priorities.
    • Cultivate relationships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
  6. Operational Excellence
    • Optimize supply chain and logistics for efficient market delivery.
    • Enhance digital capabilities (e.g., e-commerce, CRM) to boost customer engagement.



理想的求职者

  • Proven Leadership: 10+ years in senior roles (General Manager/Director-level) within consumer products (FMCG preferred).
  • APAC Expertise: Deep knowledge of SEA, Australia, and NZ markets, including regulatory, cultural, and consumer dynamics.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling revenue (>500M+ turnover) and turning around underperforming markets.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong P&L management, negotiation skills, and experience with omnichannel strategies (retail, eCommerce, D2C).
  • Cultural Fluency: Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution in fast-paced environments.
