Manage regional P&L with strict financial discipline, ensuring budget adherence and ROI maximization. Team Leadership Build and mentor a high-performing team across sales, marketing, operations, and digital. Foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and accountability. Market Insight & Innovation Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to refine strategies. Spearhead product launches and localized marketing campaigns tailored to regional preferences. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with global HQ to align regional operations with corporate priorities. Cultivate relationships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms. Operational Excellence Optimize supply chain and logistics for efficient market delivery.
