Job Description

Strategic Leadership

  • Conduct comprehensive market intelligence analysis (industry trends, customer profiling, competitive landscape)
  • Develop and execute regional channel expansion strategies, overseeing full-cycle implementation from planning to performance monitoring
  • Design sales growth roadmaps with measurable KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives



Business Development

  • Establish reverse development mechanisms to secure OEM/ODM partnerships with brand clients
  • Optimize channel resource allocation through data-driven evaluation models and market intelligence integration
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with key accounts, particularly popular apparel brands



Operational Excellence

  • Lead cross-functional sales team development, implementing talent cultivation programs and performance management systems
  • Standardize regional operational workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency

The Successful Applicant

Basic Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field



Professional Experience

  • 5+ years progressive sales experience in apparel/accessories sector, including 2+ years with leadership experience



Technical Competencies

  • Expertise in CRM systems and advanced MS Office Suite (PivotTables, Macros, Dashboard Creation)
  • Demonstrated capability in market analytics and strategic planning
  • Business-level English proficiency for international negotiations
