Keep abreast of market trends in the ready-to-cook sector, understand consumer demand, and drive product innovation and optimisation. Manage and lead the procurement team, improve team member's professional capabilities and performance, and foster a positive and efficient working environment. Coordinate cross-functional cooperation to ensure seamless integration of the procurement process with the company's overall operations and timely, high-quality delivery of products to sales outlets. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Food Science, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields. At least 5 years of procurement experience in the food industry, with a minimum of 3 years focused on ready-to-cook products. In-depth knowledge of the entire process of ready-to-cook products, from raw material procurement to processing, packaging, and transportation. Proficient in procurement processes and strategies, with excellent negotiation skills and cost control abilities. Fluent in English for effective business communication with international suppliers. Strong team management skills to motivate team members to achieve goals. Solid market insight and data analysis capabilities to make accurate procurement decisions based on market trends and sales data.
