Sales Planning Build Annual Vertical Plan (Regionalized & localized) & Monthly Orders (Wins + Flow) Forecast Opps. Identify vertical accounts and agree with regions on account assignments. Vertical-owned Account Plans. Vertical ownership/alignment/team participation to all Must Win Opportunities inside of Vertical. Market Development Management New Prospect Account identification and deployment Development of Value Prop & Playbooks for Industries within Vertical Early Opportunity & CapEx Project Identification Account Management Primary account management responsibility for vertical owned accounts AM360 Processes: Account Review Process, End User Location Prioritization, Account Teaming Selective customer-facing time Project Pursuit & Sales Funnel Development Support local project or opportunity in the vertical as needed Develop the sufficiency to meet quota Quality & Win Accuracy Enter all opportunities for the vertical direct owned OEMs Utilization of standard CRM tools & processes Demand Generation Identification of critical Global Events/Tradeshows & execution strategy Identification of critical Associations & execution to engaged Vertical collateral and demand support materials & digital presence Direct lead management needs for the vertical Accountability to Non-Sales Functions Monthly reports & quarterly reviews with divisions (monthly file sent by vertical) Identification of Must Win Opportunities (Balanced Scorecard) Other Responsibilities Clear communication of key collaboration opportunities Support all reporting functions (ie. vertical performance for POR) Sales Efficiency deployment of resources Policy Deployment: alignment & support of AIP2/3 rollout (WDOs) 理想的求职者 Experience in managing global key accounts across diversfy industries.
